Инфузионды терапия ұзақ уақытты хирургиялық іс-шаралардың және анестезиологиялық құралдың маңызды және біртұтас бөлігі болып саналады. Жаңа замандағы анестезиологиялық құралдар ауырсыну аумағындағы ауырсыну импульсациясын басу үшін тек қана наркотикалық анальгетиктерді енгізу ғана емес, сонымен қатар организмнің қызметін бақылау, яғни ең алдымен тыныс алу және қанайналым жүйесін басқару. Диагностическо - лечебная программа интоксикационного синдрома при разлитом перито-ните
Біздің емдеіуімізбен 200 науқас іріңді жайылған перитонитпен жүргізілді. Интоксикациялық синдромның емі оның көріну деңгейіне байланысты болды. 45 науқастардың ішінен перитонеальді диализді қолданып, айтылған әдіспен және гемосорбция 17,8% немесе 8 нау- қас қайтыс болды. Белгіленген ем шараны қолданбаған науқастар арасынан өлімділік 29,9% құрады.
