Жұмыс Семей қ. ММУ МО неврологиялық мәліметтері бойынша миастения кезіндегі октагаманы қолдану тиімділігінің клиникалық талдауына арналған. Октагаманы 30 пациентке қолдану нәтижелерінде өрескел емес жанама әсерлері кезіндегі оның нақты тиімділігі анықталған, ол базалық АХЭП және преднизолонның дозаларын едәуір төмендетуге, сол сияқты аурудың күйзелістік асқынуларын болдырмауға мүмкіндік береді. Оның иммундық және иммундық емес тез болатын компенсаторлық әсерлерін ескерумен осы патологиялар кезіндегі таңдау препараты ретінде октагамаларды ұсынуға мүмкіндік береді.
