СПОСОБ ГЕРМЕТИЗАЦИИ БРОНХИАЛЬНОГО СВИЩА ПРИ ЭХИНОКОККОЗЕ ЛЕГКИХ У ДЕТЕЙ
Проведен анализ результатов оперативного лечения 45 детей с эхинококкозом легких. В контрольной группе n=37 бронхиальный свищ ушивали кисетными двурядными швами, в основной группе n=8 бронхиальные свищи герметизированы тахокомбом. В послеоперационном периоде в контрольной группе отмечены осложнения у 14(35%), в основной – 1(12,5%).

IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS OF TREATMENT OF GIPOSPADIA IN CHILDREN. STUDY PROTOCOL.
Introduction. Hypospodias refers to widespread anomalies of the genital organs. Treatment of hypospadias in children is performed only surgically. The variety of applied methods of treatment is caused by a large number of complications and the search for the optimal method of surgery for the correction of hypospadias.
The aim: to improve the results of treatment of anterior and middle hypospadias in children by introducing a modified urethroplasty method with a flap of the foreskin on the “feeding leg” and reducing postoperative complications.

The analyses of the results of treatment of 45 children with pulmonary echinococcosis from 1997 to 2013 in the MC SMU (Medical Center State Medical University) of Semey was held.
