Осы шолуда даму деңгейі әртүрлі жеке мемлекеттердегі 2 түрдегі қант диабетімен науқастарға алғашқы медико-санитарлық көмекті ұйымдастырудың әлемдік тәжірибесі талданған. Жұмыс ағылшын – орыс тілді нұсқаларда жарияланған әдебиетті жартылай жүйелі шолудан тұрады. Мақалаларды іздестіру мынадай негізгі сөздер бойынша өткізілді:«2 түрдегі қант диабеті», «алғашқы медико-санитарлық көмек», «экономикалық ынтымақтастықты және дамуды ұйымдастыру» Pub Med, Medline Complete, Wiley Online Library, Springer Link, Google scholar, eLibrary мәліметтер базасында, 2010-2017 жылдар мерзімінде жарияланған. Халықаралық диабеттік федерация (ХДФ) бағдарламалық құжаттары зерделенген болатын, сол сияқты Дүниежүзілік денсаулық сақтау ұйымы (ДДСҰ).
2 түрдегі қант диабетін басқару бойынша көптеген мемлекеттерде өздерінің саясаты бар және нақты әдістері бар, сонымен бірге сол оңды негізгі басымдылықтарын таңдау, дифференциациясы және қабылдау кезінде олардың алғашқы буында көрсетілетін көмектің сапасын және сабақтастықты жақсартуға мүмкіндік береді.
