БАЛАЛЫҚ ШАҚТАҒЫ ТАМАҚ АЛЛЕРГИЯСЫНЫҢ МОЛЕКУЛАЛЫҚ ЗАҢДЫЛЫҚТАРЫ: ӘДЕБИЕТТЕРГЕ ШОЛУ
Өзектілігі: бүгінгі күні молекулалық диагностика - бұл нақты IgE (sIgE) негізделген реакцияға қатысатын әр аллергеннің молекулалық компоненттерін сипаттау үшін қолданылатын инновациялық әдіс. Клиникалық тәжірибеде компонентті диагностика дәрігерлерге клиникалық диагноздың дәлдігін арттыруға, тиімді терапияны таңдауға және аурудың болжамын жасауға мүмкіндік береді. Мақсаты: Әр жастағы балалардағы тамақ аллергиясының таралуы мен моделі туралы әдебиеттің талдау жасау. Іздеу стратегиясы: PubMed, Cochrane Library, GoogleScholar, GoogleAcademia іздеу жүйелерінен, eLibrary.ru, CyberLeninka электрондық ғылыми кітапханасынан ғылыми жарияланымдарды іздеу. Қосу критерийлері: қазақстандық авторлардың жарияланымдары, сонымен қатар жақын және алыс шетел ғалымдарының еңбектері; толық мәтінді эпидемиологиялық және клиникалық зерттеулер; нақты молекулалық аллергия диагностикасының дамуының тарихи тізбегін ашудың маңыздылығына байланысты іздеу тереңдігі 10 жыл болды (2010-2020 жж.). Зерттеу негізгі сөздерді іздеу арқылы жүргізілді: молекулалық аллергия диагнозы, тамақ аллергиясы, негізгі тағам аллергендері, нақты IgE. Когорттық зерттеулер, жүйелі шолулар, мета-анализ сияқты жоғары сапалы дизайнмен жұмыс істеуге артықшылық берілді. Олар болмаған жағдайда, көлденең зерттеулердің нәтижелері ескерілді. Талдауға 56 жұмыс кірді. Нәтижелер: молекулярлық аллергологиялық диагностика тамақ аллергиясындағы IgE-ді сенсибилизацияны анықтау дәлдігін жақсартудағы маңызды қадам болып табылады. Жеке аллергендерді молекулярлық деңгейде дұрыс анықтау және сипаттау мүмкіндігі тағамды сенсибилизациялау механизмдерін нақты түсінуге әкеледі. Қорытынды: Сезімталдандыру процесіне қатысты жаңа түсініктер мен тенденциялар анықталды, рекомбинантты аллергендерді қолданумен нақты иммунотерапияның жаңа мүмкіндіктері мен тиімділігі анықталды.
