МАМАНДАНДЫРЫЛҒАН ЕМДЕУ АЯСЫНДА САУАЛНАМАЛАРДЫ ҚОЛДАНА ОТЫРЫП, БАС ЖӘНЕ МОЙЫН ІСІКТЕРІ БАР ПАЦИЕНТТЕРДІҢ ӨМІР СҮРУ САПАСЫН БАҒАЛАУ
Кіріспе: бас және мойын қатерлі ісіктері бар пациенттер өмір сүру сапасын сақтауды қажет етеді, қол жетімді емдеудің кез-келген әдісін қолдану агрессивтілікпен сипатталады және сөйлеу, тамақтану және тыныс алу үшін жауап беретін органдар функциясының нашарлауына, дисфагия түрінде өмір сапасының төмендеуіне және тыныс алудың қиындауына, жұтылуына, бет пен мойынның косметикалық ақауларының пайда болуына әкелуі мүмкін., ксеростомия. тризм, есту қабілетінің жоғалуы, төменгі жақтың остеонекрозы сәулеленуден кейін жиі кездесетін белгілер болып табылады, мұның бәрі адам өмірінің барлық салаларында науқастың әл-ауқатына әсер ете алмайды [1], [13]. Мақсаты: мамандандырылған емдеу аясында пациенттердің өмір сүру сапасын зерттейтін мақалаларды талдаңыз.
Іздеу стратегиясы: Өзекті көздерді, негізгі сөздерге сәйкес, өмір сапасы, бас және мойын ісіктері, сауалнама, PubMed ғылыми базаларында сәулелік терапия, сондай-ақ Google Scholar жүйесінде қолмен іздеу автоматтандырылған іздеу жүргізілді. Іздеу тереңдігі 10 жыл болды (2011 жылдан 2021 жылға дейін). Дереккөздер зерттеудің негізгі контекстіне сәйкес таңдалды. 56 мақаланың ішінен бас және мойын ісіктері бар пациенттердің өмір сүру сапасын бағалау үшін 5 сауалнама анықталды. Дереккөзді талдау және кейіннен жазбаша шолуда қолданылатын ақпараттық блоктарды таңдау.
Қосу критерийлері: материалдарды контекст бойынша және зерттеушінің сараптамалық талдауы бойынша пайдаланудан басқа, әдеби шолуға қосу критерийі қатаң берілмеген, өйткені біз ақылы әдебиеттің дерекқорына, сондай-ақ ішінара қол жетімді қолжазбаларға толық қол жеткізе алмадық.
Нәтижелер: Сауалнамаларды талдау (FACT&N, UW-DPOL, EORTC QLQ-C30/QLQ-H&N35/43) өмір сапасы мен емдеудің жанама белгілерінің статистикалық маңызды арақатынасын ұсынды [3].
Қорытындылар: Өмір сүру сапасын бағалауды мұқият бақылау медициналық қызметкерлерге таңдалған емдік әсердің әсерін дәлірек көрсетуге және прогрессия қаупі бар пациенттер тобын құруға мүмкіндік береді, нәтижесінде оны өмір сүрудің жаңа болжамды белгісі ретінде пайдалануға болады.
