БАЛА ШАТЫНДАҒЫ ОНКОЛОГИЯЛЫҚ АУРУЛАРДЫҢ ҰЗАҚ МЕРЗІМДІ САЛДАРЫН БАҚЫЛАУ ЖӘНЕ НАУҚАСЫ КҮТІМДІ ҰЙЫМДАСТЫРУДЫҢ СТРАТЕГИЯЛАРЫ
Кіріспе. Соңғы онжылдықтарда диагностикадағы, емдеу әдісіндегі, терапияны дәлірек таңдаудағы жетістіктер балалардағы қатерлі ісік ауруынан кейін өмір сүрудің айтарлықтай өсуіне әкелді, ұзақ мерзімді салдарға алаңдаушылық туғызады, бұл пациенттердің денсаулығына әсер етуі мүмкін. Күтім үлгілері мамандандырылған көмекті, жалпы онкологиялық көмекті және/немесе әлеуметтік көмекті қамтуы мүмкін.
Мақсаты: балалардың онкологиялық ауруларының ұзақ мерзімді соматикалық, онкологиялық және әлеуметтік-экономикалық салдары мәселелері бойынша жарияланымдарды талдау.
Материалдар мен әдістер. Біз PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Embase дерекқорларында әдеби іздеу жүргіздік. Зерттелетін тақырыпқа қатысты медициналық пәндік рубрикалардың (MeSH) кілт сөздері мен терминдерінің тіркесімі жасалды. Іздеу 939 басылымды анықтады. Ағымдағы шолу 70 басылымды қамтиды.
Нәтижелер. Бұл шолу балалық шақта болған қатерлі ісіктің алыс соматикалық және онкологиялық салдары, аурулардың әлеуметтік-экономикалық салдары туралы жарияланымдарды талдауды қамтиды. Күтім модельдері, балалық шақта болған қатерлі ісіктің ұзақ мерзімді салдары қаупінің стратификациясы, пациенттердің осы санатына көмек көрсету жүйесін ұйымдастыру модельдері, пациенттердің осы санатына күтім жасайтын медицина қызметкерлеріне арналған жалпы ұсыныстар ұсынылған.
Қорытынды. Қатерлі ісіктен аман қалған балаларға күтім жасау үлгілеріне мамандандырылған көмек, жалпы онкологиялық көмек және/немесе әлеуметтік көмек кіруі мүмкін. Балалық шақтағы қатерлі ісіктен аман қалған адамдардың денсаулығының жай-күйін бойлық ұзақ мерзімді бақылауға мүмкіндік беретін популяцияға негізделген зерттеулер жүргізу қажет.
