АЛҒАШҚЫ МЕДИКО-САНИТАРЛЫҚ КӨМЕК ДЕҢГЕЙІНДЕ БАЛАЛАР СЕМІЗДІГІНІҢ АЛДЫН АЛУ ЖӘНЕ ЕМДЕУ. ӘДЕБИЕТТІК ШОЛУ.
Кіріспе. Бүгінгі таңда балалардағы семіздік жаһандық пандемияға айналды. Алдын алу стратегиялары осы пандемиямен күресу үшін денсаулық сақтаудың ең тиімді араласуы болып табылады. Диетаны өзгерту және салауатты өмір салтын насихаттау, тұрақты физикалық белсенділік, экран уақытын азайту және мінез-құлық араласуларын қамтитын көп компонентті тәсіл семіздіктің алдын алуда тиімді екендігі көрсетілді. Отбасы, мектеп және қоғамның қатысуы ұзақ мерзімді нәтижелер үшін маңызды, сонымен қатар дұрыс тамақтану және физикалық белсенділік үшін орталар мен мүмкіндіктерді жасауға көмектесетін саясатты әзірлеуге үкіметтің қатысуы маңызды. Іздеу стратегиясы. Зерттеу барысында алғашқы медико-санитарлық көмек көрсету мекемелерінде балалардағы семіздіктің алдын алу және емдеу мәселелерімен айналысатын ағылшын және орыс тілдеріндегі толық мәтінді басылымдар зерттелді. Әдебиеттерді іздеу барысында келесі іздеу жүйелері пайдаланылды: Pubmed, Web of Science, Cyberleninka, Google Scholar кілт сөздер бойынша. Іздеу кезеңі 2013-2023 жылдар деп белгіленді. Жарияланымдарды шолуға қосу критерийлері келесідей болды: орыс және ағылшын тілдеріндегі, жалпыға қолжетімді және статистикалық расталған қорытындылары бар толық мәтінді басылымдар. Алып тастау критерийлері: қысқаша есептер, газет мақалалары және жеке хабарламалар. Осы тақырып бойынша 413 жарияланым болды. Оның ішінде 53 жарияланым зерттеу мақсатына сәйкес келді.
Нәтижелер мен қорытындылар. Балалардағы семіздіктің алдын алу және емдеу қоғамнан, медицина қызметкерлерінен және басқа саладағы мүдделі тараптардан шұғыл назар аударуды және міндеттемені талап ететін күрделі мәселе болып табылады. Семіздіктің алдын алу үшін қолдануға болатын қарапайым тәсілдер теңгерімді диетаны, ұйқы гигиенасын және салауатты өмір салтын насихаттауды қамтиды. Үй, мектеп және қоғам мінез-құлық және білім беру шараларын басқаруға болатын маңызды платформалар болып табылады.
