Акушерские кровотечения остаются актуальной проблемой современного акушерства и занимают ведущее место в структуре материнской смертности во многих странах мира. Немалый вклад в летальные исходы от данной патологии в Республике Казахстан вносят многорожавшие женщины. Более 2/3 кровопотерь, в том числе угрожающих жизни матери, связано с нарушениями в системе гемостаза.
