ДИНАМИКА ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОСТИ БОЛЕЗНЕЙ СИСТЕМЫ КРОВООБРАЩЕНИЯ СРЕДИ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ ВОСТОЧНО-КАЗАХСТАНСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ, ПОДВЕРГШЕГОСЯ РАДИАЦИОННОМУ ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЮ
Представлен анализ и оценка показателей распространенности артериальной гипертонии и ишемической болезни сердца среди населения ВКО, подвергшегося радиационному воздействию, за период с 1965 по 2007 гг. Установлено, что на всем протяжении исследования уровни артериальной гипертонии и ишемической болезни сердца среди экспонированных мужчин и женщин существенно превосходили показатели контроля.

На модели гипокинезии у беременных самок крыс в гомогенатах кости их потомства установлены явления дисбаланса маркеров резорбции и репарации костной ткани альвеолярных отростков челюстей. Это подтвер-ждено повышением уровня кислой и щелочной фосфатаз, эластазы и общей активности группы протеолитических ферментов костной ткани. ОТДАЛЕНЫЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ МАЛОЙ ДОЗЫ ГАММА-ИЗЛУЧЕНИЯ. ИММУНОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ АСПЕКТ
В отдаленном периоде после действия малой дозы гамма-излучения на фоне лимфоцитоза регистрируется снижение количества субпопуляции Т-лимфоцитов с хелперной и увеличение Т-лимфоцитов с супрессорной ак-тивностью, повышается функция неспецифического фагоцитарного звена иммунитета. Недостаточность функции гуморального звена иммунитета проявляется в повышении количества В-лимфоцитов, антителооб-разующей способности селезенки и низкой концентрации ЦИК в сыворотке крови.
