КЛИНИКО-ИММУНОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ У БОЛЬНЫХ КРАСНЫМ ПЛОСКИМ ЛИШАЕМ
Проведены клинические и иммунологические исследования 20 больных красным плоским лишаем слизистой по-лости рта. Установлено, что у половины больных отмечалась выраженная болезненность. Отмечено значительное увеличение в слюне секреторного иммуноглобулина А и снижение показателей фагоцитоза, что диктует необходимость проведение иммунокоррекции.

Проведены клинико-иммунологические исследования 22 больных хроническим рецидивирующим афтозным стоматитом. Установлено повышенное содержание SIgA и общего белка в пробах слюны по сравнению с контрольной группой здоровых лиц, что определяет назначение иммунокоррекции.
