Во всем мире, тысячам пациентов применяли ACE, который доказал свою эффективность в более чем 80% случаев.

ОПЫТ ТРАНСУРЕТРАЛЬНОЙ ЛИТОЭКСТРАКЦИИ И ЛИТОТРИПСИИ ПРИ КАМНЯХ НИЖНЕЙ ТРЕТИ МОЧЕТОЧНИКОВ И МОЧЕВОГО ПУЗЫРЯ
В данной статье описан опыт трансуретральной литоэкстракции и литотрипсии при камнях нижней трети мочеточ-ников и мочевого пузыря за период с 2007-2010 гг в «Центре Матери и Ребенка" города Усть-Каменогорска. Проходили лечение 7 детей по поводу наличия камней в мочевом пузыре и нижнем отделе мочеиспускательного тракта. Двое из семи детей прибыли в плановом порядке, пятеро – в экстренном. По полу: 5 мальчиков и 2 девочки. По возрасту: 1 ребенок до 3-х лет, 5 детей в возрасте от 3 до 6 лет и один ребенок 10 лет.

ОПЫТ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ АППЕНДИКУЛЯРНОГО ПЕРИТОНИТА У ДЕТЕЙ
Аппендикулярный перитонит обычно встречается у детей, поступивших в больницу на более поздних стадиях за-болевания. Разлитой перитонит и аппендикулярный инфильтрат являются наиболее частыми и тяжелыми осложне-ниями острого аппендицита. Диффузный перитонит развивается при наличии деструктивных форм аппендицита, и является следствием распространения воспалительного процесса в брюшине из-за проницаемости или перфорации стенок аппендикса для микроорганизмов.
