На сегодняшний день в Казахстане система социальных выплат для детей инвалидов и их семей состоит в виде блок-финансирования, где каждый получатель не зависимо от своих потребностей получает фиксированную сумму денег. В качестве альтернативы блок-финансированию, в ряде зарубежных стран Австралии, Великобритании, США и Канаде используется индивидуальное финансирование.

Характеристика женщин, отказавшихся от своего ребенка, отражающая их социально-демографические особен-ности, позволяет осознать, что не всегда выставляемые на первый план «социальные» причины являются истинными причинами отказа от ребенка. Более глубокие причины скрывают под собой шлейф проблем воспитания и фор-мирования в женщине психологической установки на материнство, основы которого закладываются еще в раннем детстве девочки.

PROVISION OF MEDICAL AID TO THE PATIENTS WITH PROLIFERATIVE VITREORETINOPATHY IN THE KAZAKHSTAN REPUBLIC
Background. Rhegmatogeneous retinal detachment accompanied with proliferative vitreoretinopathy is the commonest type of retinal detachment. This study aimed to elucidate the set of ocular and systemic co-morbidities and to assess the efficiency of surgical management.
Materials and methods: this cross-sectional study took place in Kazakh Research-Scientific Institute of Eye Diseases.
