Психотерапия улучшает психическое состояние больных, перенесших инфаркт миокарда (прежде всего за счет устранения аффективных нарушений и астении), способствует формированию адекватной психологической реакции на болезнь и успешной психологической реадаптации больных после перенесенного инфаркта миокарда. Важное значение в восстановлении трудоспособности больных, перенёсших острый инфаркт миокарда, имеет правильная организация психотерапевтических лечебно - реабилитационных мер.

Introduction. There is evidence on common mechanisms of congenital heart diseases (CHD) and connective tissue dysplasia (CTD), which increases odds for their comorbidities. The latter may be associated with poorer prognosis for CHD. However, the associations between CHD and CTD in Kazakhstan have been poorly studied so far.
