ANALYSIS OF TRENDS IN THE INCIDENCE OF HOSPITALIZED ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION IN SEMEY REGION
Мақалада Семей өңірі тұрғындарының жіті миокард инфарктімен (ЖМИ) сырқаттанушылығы динамикасының талдауы берілген. №14 нысанды «Стационардан шыққан науқастар контингенті туралы есеп» және №30 нысанды «Медициналық ұйымның есебі» медициналық құжаттамаларды қолданып, ЖМИ сырқаттанушылық динамикасы 2008-2012 жылдар бойынша зерделенді. Зерттеу нәтижесінде ЖМИ сырқаттанушылық деңгейінің (Т= – 5,43%) және өлім-жітім коэффициентінің (Т= – 3,15%) төмендеуі анықталды.

DETECTION OF MUTATIONS IN RPOB GENE RESPONSIBLE FOR RIFAMPICIN-RESISTANCE AMONG CLINICAL ISOLATES OF M. TUBERCULOSIS FROM DIFFERENT REGIONS OF KAZAKHSTAN
В данной работе проведена оценка спектра и характера распространенности мутаций в гене rpoB, обуславлива-ющих устойчивость к одному из основных противотуберкулезных препаратов - рифампицину в штаммах, выделенных из трех областей (Алматинская, Костанайская и Кызылординская) Казахстана. Для популяции M. tuberculosis, цирку-лирующей в данных областях Казахстана, характерна высокая частота встречаемости мутаций в Ser531 кодоне гена rpoB (79,2 %), обуславливающих устойчивость к рифампицину.

АОТ бекітуден кейін пациенттерде пародонта тіндерінің ЭД дамуы байқалғаны анықталды. поляризацияланған жарықты және NO донаторы препаратын кешенді қолдану жеке қолданғанға қарағанда нақты емдік әсер береді. NO метаболизмін қалыптандыру туралы азот оксиді донаторы деңгейінің төмендеуі және оның метаболитінің артуы куәлендіреді.
