ВЕНА ІШІЛІК ИНФУЗИЯ ЖАСАУ ЖАҒДАЙЫНДАҒЫ ҮЙҚОЯНДАРЫНЫҢ АҒЗАСЫНДА ПАЙДА БОЛҒАН МОРФОЛОГИЯЛЫҚ ӨЗГЕРІСТЕР ЖӘНЕ ОРТАЛЫҚ ВЕНАЛЫҚ ҚЫСЫМЫ
27 дені сау үйқоянына тәжірибе жүргізілді. 22 үйқоянына әр түрлі көлемдегі физиологиялық ерітіндімен вена ішілік инфузия жасалды. Барлық 27 үйқоянының ағзаларынан гистологиялық микропрепараттар алынды: бас ми, жүрек, өкпе, бауыр және бүйрек. Барлық үйқоянынан сулы бағанадан есептегенде -4,8±0,9 дейін - 10,2±1,6 мм шыққан теріс орталық веналық қысым (ОВҚ) анықталды. 100ден 700 мл-ға дейін көлемдегі изотониялық ерітіндіні енгізу шығатын терістен сулы бағанамен 183,3±7,9 мм дейінгі жоғары ОВҚ тудырды. В статье рассмотрен случай течения бациллярного ангиоматоза с летальным исходом на фоне выраженного иммунодефицита у больного СПИДом. Атипичность клинической симптоматики и неблагоприятно¬е течение болезни без адекватной этиотропной терапии является достаточным основанием для включения диагностики бартонеллезов в схему мониторинга при иммунодефицитных состояниях в Республике Казахстан.
