ВЛИЯНИЕ ИМУНОФАНА НА НЕСПЕЦИФИЧЕСКОЕ ФАГОЦИТАРНОЕ ЗВЕНО ИММУНИТЕТА ОРГАНИЗМА, ОБЛУЧЕННОГО ФРАКЦИОНИРОВАННОЙ ДОЗОЙ В ОТДАЛЕННОМ ПЕРИОДЕ
В статье отражены результаты влияния имунофана на показатели фагоцитарного фактора иммунной системы у необлученных животных и в отдаленном периоде после после фракционированного гамма-облучения. В результате экспериментов были получены данные, что у интактных животных под влиянием имунофана фагоцитоз достоверно повышается с 36±2,4 до 42,6±1,5, а фагоцитарное число – в 1,6 раза. При этом имунофан в 3 раза повышает НСТ-тест. Под воздействием имунофана в отдаленном периоде после облучения происходит нормализация фагоцитарных факторов неспецифической резистентности организма.

The investigation showed that meas-urement of central venous pressure (CVP) in combination with echocardiographic investigation to allow getting exact information about patients haemodynarnics during intravenous transfusion and to prevent development hypervolemia.
