ВЛИЯНИЕ ИМУНОФАНА НА НЕСПЕЦИФИЧЕСКОЕ ФАГОЦИТАРНОЕ ЗВЕНО ИММУНИТЕТА ОРГАНИЗМА, ОБЛУЧЕННОГО ФРАКЦИОНИРОВАННОЙ ДОЗОЙ В ОТДАЛЕННОМ ПЕРИОДЕ
В статье отражены результаты влияния имунофана на показатели фагоцитарного фактора иммунной системы у необлученных животных и в отдаленном периоде после после фракционированного гамма-облучения. В результате экспериментов были получены данные, что у интактных животных под влиянием имунофана фагоцитоз достоверно повышается с 36±2,4 до 42,6±1,5, а фагоцитарное число – в 1,6 раза. При этом имунофан в 3 раза повышает НСТ-тест. Под воздействием имунофана в отдаленном периоде после облучения происходит нормализация фагоцитарных факторов неспецифической резистентности организма.

LEARNING OF HAEMODYNAMIC FOR PATIENTS AT CARRIED OUT OF INFUSION-TRANSFUSIONAL THERAPY UNDER THE DATA OF ECHOCARDIOGRAPHIC RESEARCH
Estimation of central and pulmonary haemodynarnics was conducted for 72 patients. The investigation showed that meas-urement of central venous pressure (CVP) in combination with echocardiographic investigation to allow getting exact information about patients haemodynarnics during intravenous transfusion and to prevent development hypervolemia. At CVP 30 mm of Hg was exposed signs of pulmonary hypertension.
