ЛЕКАРСТВЕННО - УСТОЙЧИВЫЙ ТУБЕРКУЛЕЗ ЛЕГКИХ
Из 90 бактериовыделителей у 57 (63,3%) выявлена устойчивость МБТ к химиопрепаратом. Устойчивость к 1-2 препаратом выявлена у 18 больных, среди них наиболее часто встречалась устойчивость к стрептомицину (13 человек). У 39 пациентов выявлена устойчивость к 3 и более препаратам, среди них наиболее часто встречалась устойчивость к стрептомицину (31 человек). При лечении больных с лекарственной устойчивостью необходимо использовать 4-5 противотуберкулезных препарата с учетом чувствительности МБТ, а также патогенетиче-ское лечение с целью повышения общей сопротивляемости...

Introduction. In the structure of malignancies in women breast cancer (BC) takes 1st place.
