Проведенные исследования показали, что сакроилеит при современном течении подострого бруцеллеза про-является характерными клиническими признаками и рентгенологическими изменениями, которые могут служить критериями для своевременной диагностики подострого бруцеллеза с очаговостью в виде сакроилеита.

ЭЛЕКТРОФОРЕЗ С КАРИПАЗИМОМ В КОМПЛЕКСНОМ ЛЕЧЕНИИ ДЕФОРМИРУЮЩЕГО ОСТЕОАРТРОЗА
Методом электрофореза авторы в своей работе изучали клиническую эффективность протеолитического фермента карипазима в комплексном лечении больных остеоартрозом коленных суставов. При этом в основной группе отмечено значительное улучшение функционального состояния суставов. Все больные отметили хорошую переносимость. Побочных эффектов при лечении карипазимом не отмечалось.

В данной статье представлен анализ эпидемиологической ситуации переломов пяточной кости в г. Семей за 2011 год. Основные показатели (механизм травмы, пол и возраст пострадавших) сходны с литературными дан-ными. Однако высок процент сложных компрессионных переломов (82,3%) и консервативного лечения гипсовой повязки без скелетного вытяжения (64,7%).

Structure of all congenital malformations include 30% malformations of the heart and blood vessels (CHD - congenital heart disease), congenital malformations make a significant contribution for child mortality and disability, requiring significant economic costs for surgical correction and social assistance for children with disabilities. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, practical measurement of CHD among live births is 8-10 per 1,000 live births and every year the total number of live births children with CHD in Kazakhstan is 3,000.
