Оппортунистік инфекцияның өзектілігінің мониторингісі бүгінгі күнде сақталған,себебі ішек ауруларының саны ересек адамдармен қоса балалар арасында да азаймай отыр.Басқа жағынан қарастыратын болсақ,осы аурулардың этиологиялық құрамын зерттеуде ішек микрофлорасының жағдайын есепке алмай қарастыру мүмкін емес.Біздің жасаған зерттеулерімізде осы аурулардың ішектің дисбиоз құбылысымен байланыстылығын балалар тобында да сонымен бірге ересектерде де болатындығын көрсетті.

Опыт лечения осложненного кариеса свидетельствует о том, что хорошее знание анатомии, топографии, дифференциальной диагностики и адекватного применения основных и дополнительных методов исследования при лечении пульпита и периодонтита значительно снижает риск возникновения ошибок и осложнений в эндо-донтии.
