АУТИЗМ СПЕКТРІ БҰЗЫЛЫСТАРЫ БАР БАЛАЛАРДЫ ТӘРБИЕЛЕП ОТЫРҒАН АТА-АНАЛАРҒА ПСИХОЛОГИЯЛЫҚ ҚОЛДАУ
Өзектілігі. Аутизм спектрі бұзылыстар (AСБ) балаларға күтім жасайтын ата-аналар көбінесе стресс, депрессия және мазасыздық деңгейінің жоғарылағанын хабарлайды. Ата-аналардың психикалық денсаулығының қанағаттандырылмаған қажеттіліктері АСБ-мен ауыратын баланың ата-анасының психологиялық, физикалық және әлеуметтік әл-ауқатына айтарлықтай қауіп төндіреді және отбасының бейімделу жұмысына, сондай-ақ АСБ-мен ауыратын баланың әлеуетіне қауіп төндіреді.
Бұл жұмыстың мақсаты-АСБ-мен ауыратын баланы күтетін ата-аналар арасында жүргізілген зерттеулердің нәтижелерін жалпылау, оның барысында психикалық денсаулыққа араласудың тиімділігі зерттелді.
Іздеу стратегиясы. Келесі критерийлерге сәйкес келетін зерттеулерді анықтау үшін PubMed, Cochrane жүйелі шолулар базасы және Scopus деректер базасында іздеу жүргізілді: 18 жасқа дейінгі АСБ-мен ауыратын балаға күтім жасайтын ата-аналарға араласу көрсетілді; Зерттеу дизайны нәтижелерді топ бойынша салыстыруға мүмкіндік берді; және АСБ бар балалардың психикалық денсаулығының көрсеткіштері. ата-аналардың қамқорлығы пайдаланылды. Іздеу тек адам популяциясымен, ағылшын және орыс тілдеріндегі зерттеулермен шектелді. Әрбір енгізілген зерттеу AMSTAR-2, CONSORT 2010 бақылау кестелеріне сәйкес бағаланды.
Нәтижелер. Біз үш жүйелі шолу мен мета-анализдің нәтижелерін, сондай-ақ жеті рандомизацияланған клиникалық зерттеулерді (РКЗ) талдадық. Қазіргі уақытта АСБ- бар балалардың ата-аналарына психологиялық денсаулықты сақтауға және шиеленіс пен стресс сезімдерімен күресу дағдыларын дамытуға ықпал ететін бағдарламаларды қолданудың бірыңғай тәсілдері жоқ.
Қорытындылар. Нәтижелер AСБ бар балаларға күтім жасаушыларға арналған ата-аналарға арналған интеграцияланған білім беру бағдарламасы психикалық денсаулыққа байланысты күтушілердің өмір сапасына оң әсер етуі мүмкін екенін көрсетеді.
