Актуальность. Рак гортани (РГ) остается одной из самых распространенных опухолей дыхательных путей и составляет от 2 до 4% всех злокачественных новообразований. В 2016 году диагностировано 13 430 новых случаев РГ, при этом примерно 3620 пациентов умирают от этой болезни.

Актуальность. Рак пищевода (РП), по данным Global Cancer Statistics, в 2018 году общее количество больных с впервые в жизни установленным диагнозом составило 3,2% в общей структуре онкологических заболеваний. Смертность от РП составило 5,3% в общей структуре смертности от данного заболевания.

Introduction. There is evidence on common mechanisms of congenital heart diseases (CHD) and connective tissue dysplasia (CTD), which increases odds for their comorbidities. The latter may be associated with poorer prognosis for CHD. However, the associations between CHD and CTD in Kazakhstan have been poorly studied so far.
