Введение: Обзор посвящен сравнению эффективности и безопасности минилапаротомий, лапароскопической и традиционной холецистэктомии. Приведены современные данные результатов исследований, посвященных изучению преимуществ и недостатков различных методов холецистэктомии с учетом послеоперационных осложнений, летальности, среднего пребывания больных в стационаре и сроков реабилитации. Анализируются показания и противопоказания к традиционной и миниинвазивной хирургии желчнокаменной болезни.
