CONCEPTUAL VISION OF REALIZATION OF THE PATIENT-CENTERED CARE STRATEGY IN NATIONAL AND WORLD HEALTH PRACTICE
This paper presents an analytical overview of patient-centered approaches to care in the national and global healthcare practice. Data analysis of the domestic and foreign literature suggests that the implementation of patient-centered care tends to increase the efficiency of care, improve outcomes of disease, and increase the degree of patient satisfaction with medical care.

В статье представлен аналитический обзор основных подходов к организации медицинской помощи, ориентированной на пациента в отечественной и мировой практике здравоохранения. Анализ данных отечественной и зарубежной литературы позволяет заключить, что реализация пациент-ориентированной медицинской помощи обусловливает повышение эффективности медицинской помощи, способствует улучшению исходов заболевания и повышению уровня удовлетворенности пациентов оказываемой медицинской помощью.

Проведен анализ нарушений вегетативной регуляции среди лиц с соматоформными расстройствами и прожива-ющих на территориях, прилегающих к Семипалатинскому ядерному. Полученные данные свидетельствовали о до-стоверном превышении симпатотонической регуляции кровообращения среди лиц основной группы, что свидетель-ствовало о несомненной связи нарушений вегетативной регуляции среди потомков, рожденных от облученных роди-телей с опосредованным радиационным воздействием.

EPIDEMIOLOGY OF HUMERAL SHAFT FRACTURES IN SEMEY CITY 2011 Y.
We retrospectively analyzed the location, gender, courses of humeral fractures from 41 patients. The frequency of humeral shaft fracture was 11,4 per 100.000 populations per year. It was observed that 20 patients were males and 21 were females. 51.2 percent of the fractures occurred at the mid-shaft of the humerus while 20% occurred at the lower third and 28.8% occurring at the upper third. These results are in some agreement with some previously documented studies.

EPIDEMIOLOGY AND RESULTS OF TREATMENT OF TROCHANTERIC FEMORAL FRACTURES
The aim of study was to investigate retrospectively the social significance and outcomes of treatment of trochanteric frac-tures. Their rate was 21,07 cases on 100000 of people per year. In capable for work age trochanteric fractures appeared mostly in men and the most important causes of fracture were road traffic accident fall from height and fall during walking on the street. ANALYSIS OF THE DONOR BLOOD BANKING IN KAZAKHSTAN
The analysis of donor blood banking in Kazakhstan in 2000-2010 showed a decrease of collected preserved blood from non-remunerated donors from 92.6% (130,122 l) in 2000 to 68.5% (117,135 l) in 2010. In the dynamics the aligned indices of collected blood and preserved blood from non-remunerated donors tended to decrease (Т=−0,06%, Т=−2,45%, respectively).

THE PROBLEM OF SELF-INFLICTED FATAL INJURIES IN KAZAKHSTAN
Suicide is a serious problem of the public health. This article uncovers the relevance of the suicide as a world-wide problem including the Republic of Kazakhstan. A very big interest of the researchers now days is the influence of the enviroment factors on the psycho-emotional state of human as a problem of pathogenetic connection between nature environment and human health. The survey of the scientific publications has demonstrated that geliogeophisical and meterological factors have possible impact on suicide and on suicide activity.
