ВЛИЯНИЕ ОТДАЛЕННЫХ ПОСЛЕДСТВИЙ ОСТРОГО ГАММА-ИЗЛУЧЕНИЯ И ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНОГО СТРЕССА НА ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ КОСТНОГО МОЗГА И ТИМУСА
В раннем периоде общего адаптационного синдрома снижается масса тимуса, повышается количество лимфо-идных клеток, в последующей стадии в тимусе возрастает масса и нормализуется число лимфоидных клеток. Во всех фазах адаптационного синдрома в костном мозге происходит повышение лимфоидных клеток.

В отдаленном периоде после сублетального и фракционированного действия гамма-излучения в тимусе и лим-фатических узлах тонкого кишечника снижены количества лимфоидных клеток. В тимусе и селезенке определяется атрофия, в лимфатических узлах тонкого кишечника - сниженный лимфоидный индекс и лимфоидных клеток.
В отдаленном периоде после воздействия малой дозы гамма-излучения отмечается атрофия тимуса и перерас-пределение лимфоидных клеток из тимуса и лимфатических узлов тонкого кишечника в костный мозг и селезенку.

DENTAL STATUS OF PATIENTS DURING THE SUPPORTIVE CARE AT ANTINEOPLASTIC CHEMOTHERAPY FOR BREAST CANCER
Two groups were studied in a comparative aspect – 98 women with breast cancer during the courses of adjuvant chemo-therapy: the first was comprised of 26 patients who used their conventional means for oral hygiene; the second included 72 patients, who received the complex of therapeutic and preventive measures of supportive care. Dental toxicity was observed in 84.6-96.2 %, and has grown with the increase of the cycles of chemotherapy, reaching a maximum value on the V cycle of treatment. Introduction. There is evidence on common mechanisms of congenital heart diseases (CHD) and connective tissue dysplasia (CTD), which increases odds for their comorbidities.
