Представлено клиническое наблюдение случая длительного нахождения инородного тела бронха, послужившего причиной развития хронической пневмонии осложнившейся образованием бронхоэктазов. Описанный случай демонстрирует как диагностические возможности компьютерной томографии и бронхоскопии, так и эффективность последней в лечении подобных заболеваний

В данной работе представлена часть 3, касающаяся системы оказания медицинской помощи пострадавшим в дорожно-транспортных происшествиях. «Часть 1: Эпидемиологии» и «Часть 2: Факторы риска и меры профилактики» опубликованы в предыдущих номерах журнала.
