Өзектілігі. Бүкіл әлемде онкологиялық аурулардың таралуы бойынша әйелдер арасында жатыр мойнының қатерлі ісігі (ЖМҚІ) төртінші орынды алады. Аурудың болжамына аурудың дәрежесі, лимфа түйіндерінің жағдайы, ісіктің тереңдігі мен көлемі әсер етеді. Жамбас лимфа түйіндерінің метастазы 50-74 % болған кезде, ісік лимфа түйіндерін зақымдамаған кезде бесжылдық өмір сүру деңгейі 88-99 % құрайды.
