РАННЯЯ ПОСЛЕОПЕРАЦИОННАЯ ЛЕТАЛЬНОСТЬ ПОСЛЕ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ БОЛЬНЫХ С ИНФРАРЕНАЛЬНОЙ АНЕВРИЗМОЙ БРЮШНОЙ АОРТЫ
Проанализированы данные хирургического лечения 225 больных с инфраренальной аневризмой брюшной аорты (АБА), в период с 1998 по 2012 годы, которые в зависимости от тактики и способа хирургического лечения разделены на 3 группы. Предварительная хирургическая коррекция нарушений коронарного кровотока и брахиоцефальных артерий у больных 2-й группы позволила уменьшить количество инфарктов миокарда в периоперационном периоде с 10,1% до 1,2%, инсультов с 4,2% до 1,3%, достоверно снизить периоперационную летальность с 21,5% до 9,3%. Статья посвящена обучению профессиональному общению на текстах по специальности в медицинском вузе. В статье рассматриваются пути и методы решения обучения профессиональному общению студентов- медиков, поз-воляющих подготовить их к учебной клинической практике и к устному общению с больным. В статье рассмотрены принципы формирования навыков и умений, для формирования которых нужна определённая система упражнений. В заключение предлагается текст и упражнения к нему, нацеленные не только на закрепление грамматической темы, но и на усвоение лексики по специальности.

CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDIES IN HEALTH SCIENCES
In this paper we present basic principles of planning and carrying out cross-sectional studies in health sciences as well as analyzing the data collected in these studies. We present practical examples of sample size and effect measures calculation for cross-sectional studies using online calculators and Epi Info software. Examples of studies using cross-sectional design from international peer-reviewed literature are also presented. This article provides general introduction to cross-sectional studies and does not substitute specialized literature in clinical epidemiology.
