РЕТРОСПЕКТИВНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ БОЛЬНЫХ С ГАСТРОДУОДЕНАЛЬНЫМ КРОВОТЕЧЕНИЕМ
Авторами проведен анализ 151 больных поступивших с язвенным кровотечением желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки за период с 2010 по 2011 годы в Экибастузскую городскую больницу. Хирургическая активность составила 13,2%. Общая летальность составила 5,3%, послеоперационная летальность составила 15,0%.

Проанализированы данные хирургического лечения 225 больных с инфраренальной аневризмой брюшной аорты (АБА), в период с 1998 по 2012 годы, которые в зависимости от тактики и способа хирургического лечения разделены на 3 группы. Предварительная хирургическая коррекция нарушений коронарного кровотока и брахиоцефальных артерий у больных 2-й группы позволила уменьшить количество инфарктов миокарда в периоперационном периоде с 10,1% до 1,2%, инсультов с 4,2% до 1,3%, достоверно снизить периоперационную летальность с 21,5% до 9,3%.
