Диагностическо - лечебная программа интоксикационного синдрома при разлитом перито-ните
Біздің емдеіуімізбен 200 науқас іріңді жайылған перитонитпен жүргізілді. Интоксикациялық синдромның емі оның көріну деңгейіне байланысты болды. 45 науқастардың ішінен перитонеальді диализді қолданып, айтылған әдіспен және гемосорбция 17,8% немесе 8 нау- қас қайтыс болды.
