Актуальность. Основной проблемой применения ингаляционных анестетиков в закрытом контуре является взаимодействие галогенсодержащих препаратов с поглотителем углекислого газа, в результате которого выделяются летучие токсичные вещества. Имеется несколько вариантов обеспечения безопасности анестезии, одним из которых может быть снижение содержания анестетика в газовой смеси.
Цель исследования – экспериментальная проверка гипотезы о безопасности длительной экспозиции галогенсодержащего анестетика в режиме закрытого контура при его низком содержании в дыхательной смеси.
