In the recent decade in Kazakhstan the proportion of persons older 60 was increased on 120 thousand. Older persons have a lot of problems and the first of which is health. Thus, the health assessment of the persons living in social establishments is an important aspect of social medicine. Structure analysis of morbidity and disability among the residents of KSU'S "Health care establishment for elderly and disabled persons of general type" of the Semey city will allow optimize basic directions of prophylaxis and care methods.

- Semipalatinsk region medicinal resistance by tuberculosis light more often are ill the men (60,9%) and mainly person from 1ү before 30 years (41,6%).
- Amongst sick with medicinal resistance by tuberculosis light fibrosis-cavernosis tuberculosis has formed 21,9%, but ca-seosis pneumonia 11,6%.
- Medicinal resistant MBT to combination four antituberculosis preparation is revealled beside 50,6% sick, but to combination isoniasidis with rifampicinum in 1,2% events.
