РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ НЕМЕЛКОКЛЕТОЧНОЙ ФОРМЫ РАКА ЛЕГКИХ В ПРОГРАММЕ УСКОРЕННОГО ВЫЗДОРОВЛЕНИЯ (FAST TRACK)
Введение. Рак легкого относится к числу распространенных злокачественных образований серьезными медико-социальными и экономическими последствиями. Одним из методов лечения является хирургический, но в то же время операции на легких относятся к группе высокой травматичности и часто приводит к осложнениям, связанным с ведением в пре, интра-, и послеоперационном периоде. Разработка и внедрение программ ускоренного выздоровления Fast track позволяет снизить количество осложнений, длительность восстановительного (постоперационного) периода и добиться скорейшего восстановления пациента.

ACUTE CEREBRAL CIRCULATORY DISORDERS IN BABIES
Clinical manifestations of acute cerebral circulatory disorders in babies are varied, but in the beginning of the disease the main symptom are the presence of cerebral and focal symptoms. Reasons acute cerebral circulatory disorders in babies in most cases were perinatal pathology of pregnant, stress conditions at the age of 1-2 months. The results of pathological-anatomical dissections indicate that 62,5% of cases, reasons acute cerebral circulatory disorders was malformation of cerebral vascular.

CHOLEDOCHOTOMY IN URGENT SURGERY OF EXTRA HEPATIC BILE PASSAGES
Choledochotomy in urgent operations for acute cholecystitis has been carried out upon 250patients. Indications for the dissection of the common bile duct in acute cholecystitis are considered. Methods of completion of choledochotomy are dis-cussed. According to the authors data in the patients the external drainage of the common bule duct was done. Immediate and late results of this operation happened to be worse than those following choledochal blind suture or biliodigestive anastomosis choledochotomy. On this basis it is recommtyded to restrict the use of the drainage.
