Продемонстрированный нами случай быстро прогрессирующей мультифокальной лейкоэнцефалопатии с ле-тальным исходом на фоне выраженного иммунодефицита у больного СПИДом, подтверждает необходимость свое-временной антиретровирусной терапии, как единственного способа профилактики данной патологии с неразрабо-танными методами специфической профилактики и этиотропного лечения.

ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОЕ ВЕНОЗНОЕ ДАВЛЕНИЕ И МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ В ОРГАНАХ КРОЛИКОВ ПРИ ПРОВЕДЕНИИ ВНУТРИВЕННЫХ ИНФУЗИЙ
Проведен опыт на 27 здоровых кроликах. 22-м кроликам проводилась внутривенная инфузия физиологического раствора в разных объемах. У всех 27 кроликов брались гистологические микропрепараты органов: головной мозг, сердце, легкие, печень и почки. У всех кроликов выявлено исходное отрицательное центральное венозное давление (ЦВД) от -4,8±0,9 до -10,2±1,6 мм водного столба. Введение изотонического раствора в объеме от 100 до 700 мл привело к повышению ЦВД от исходного отрицательного до 183,3±7,9 мм водного столба. CENTRAL VENOUS PRESSURE AND MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN ORGANS OF RABBITS AT INTRAVENOUS INFUSION
Experiment was performed on 27 healthy rabbits. To 22 rabbits the intravenous infusion of normal saline solution was done in different amounts. At all 27 rabbits the histology preparations were taken: brain, heart, lungs, liver and kidneys. All rabbits showed negative initial central venous pressure (CVP) from -4,8±0,9 to - 10,2±1,6 mm of water column. This is the sixth paper of a series of articles where we describe basic principles of statistical data analysis using Statistica and SPSS software for beginners. Step-be-step algorithms for Pearson chi-square test and various tests for qualitative data are presented. The main aim of this paper is to provide basic knowledge on qualitative data analysis with practical examples using popular software. The article complements, but does not substitute specialized literature on biostatistics and clinical epidemiology.
