ГЕМОДИНАМИЧЕСКИЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ ИНФУЗИОННО-ТРАНСФУЗИОННОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ПО ДАННЫМ ЭХОКАРДИОГРАФИЧЕСКОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ
Проведена оценка центральной и легочной гемодинамики у 72 больных. Исследование показало, что измерение центрального венозного давления в комбинации с эхокардиографией позволяют получить точную информацию о гемодинамике больного во время инфузионно-трансфузионной терапии и предупредить развитие гиперволемии. При ЦВД 30 мм водного столба появляются признаки легочной гипертензии.

In connection with the sudden changes in the demographic structure of the society, it will be actual to implement the nursing process in different health institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main purpose of this research was a creation of ways for optimization of care model for residents of "Health care establishment for elderly and disabled persons of general type" of the Semey city on the basis of the complex examination results. The project has been carried out through the work of the scientific and practical Nursing School.
