ГЕМОДИНАМИЧЕСКИЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ ИНФУЗИОННО-ТРАНСФУЗИОННОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ПО ДАННЫМ ЭХОКАРДИОГРАФИЧЕСКОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ
Проведена оценка центральной и легочной гемодинамики у 72 больных. Исследование показало, что измерение центрального венозного давления в комбинации с эхокардиографией позволяют получить точную информацию о гемодинамике больного во время инфузионно-трансфузионной терапии и предупредить развитие гиперволемии. При ЦВД 30 мм водного столба появляются признаки легочной гипертензии.

Fractures of the shin bones, according to various data, occupy the first place, making up fr om 13 to 21.4% of all injuries of the musculoskeletal system, or 64.3 - 70% of fractures of the lower limbs.
