Әдістері: Семей қаласының 12 орта білімберетін мектептерінде 12 - 13 жас аралығындағы жасөспірімдерді көлденең зерттеу жүргізілді. Зерттеу кезінде тамақтану туралы сауалнама өткізілді. SPSS 20.0 бағдарламасы пакетін қолдана отырып, нәтижелерге статистикалық сараптама жүргізілді.
