ПРОГНОСТИЧЕСКОЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ПОЧЕЧНОЙ ДИСФУНКЦИИ У БОЛЬНЫХ ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ СЕРДЦА ПОСЛЕ РЕВАСКУЛЯРИЗАЦИИ МИОКАРДА
Цель исследования. Изучение распространенности почечной дисфункции (ПД) и ее прогностической значимости у больных ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС), перенесших реваскуляризацию миокарда.
Материалы и методы. Проведен одномоментный ретроспективный анализ историй болезни 675 пациентов кардиологического отделения, в анамнезе которых - перенесенное чрескожное коронарное вмешательство (ЧКВ) и/или аортокоронарное шунтирование (АКШ). Изучены распространенность факторов риска, особенности коронарного кровотока, структурно-функциональные изменения сердца.
