РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ СКРИНИНГОВОГО ОБСЛЕДОВАНИЯ ДЕТСКОГО НАСЕЛЕНИЯ В РАЙОНАХ, ПРИЛЕГАЮЩИХ К ТЕРРИТОРИИ БЫВШЕГО ЯДЕРНОГО ПОЛИГОНА
Органы мочевой системы, имея сложный эмбриогенез, весьма чувствительны к действию внешних неблагопри-ятных факторов. Этот факт находит отражение в том, что 10-14% детей рождаются с различными аномалиями мо-чевой системы и этот показатель имеет тенденцию к увеличению. Для исследований частоты встречаемости мик-робно-воспалительных заболеваний и аномалий развития органов мочевой системы было обследовано детское население районов, прилегающих к территории бывшего ядерного полигона.

У всех обследуемых проводилась оценка анамнестических данных на основании расспроса и заполненной скри-нинговой анкеты, объективное целенаправленное обследование органов мочевыделительной системы. При наличии факторов риска патологии мочевыделительной системы таким детям заполнялась анкета, содержащая детализиро-ванный опросник в плане нефрологической патологии.
