1998 -2012 жылдары құрсақтық аорта инфрареналды аневризмасымен 225 науқастың хирургиялық емдеу мәліметтері талданды, олар хирургиялық емдеу тактикасы мен әдістеріне байланысты 3 топқа бөлінген. 2 топ науқастарындағы коронарлы қанағымы мен брахиоцефалды артериялардың бұзылыстарын хирургиялық алдын ала түзету периота мерзімде инфаркт миокарда санын 10,1% - 1,2% дейін, инсульттерді 4,2% - 1,3% дейін азайтуға мүмкіндік берді, периотада өлім жітімді 21,5% - 9,3% дейін анық азайту.

EARLY POST OPERATIONAL MORTALITY AFTER SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH INFRARENAL ABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM
Analyzed the data of surgical treatment of 225 patients with infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) in the period from 1998 to 2012, who depending on the tactics and methods of surgical treatment are divided into 3 groups. Preliminary surgical correction of coronary and cerebral blood flow with following open surgery of AAA has allowed to reduce the number of myocardial infarctions in the early post operational period from 10,1% to 1,2%, strokes from 4,2% to 1,3%, reliably to reduce perioperative mortality from 21,5% to 9,3%.

CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF DATA USING STATISTICA AND SPSS SOFTWARE
In this paper we present the main principles of correlation analysis using parametric and non-parametric methods. Algorithms for calculations of Pearson’s, Spearmen’s and Kendall’s coefficients using Statistica 10 and SPSS 20 software are presented. Special emphasis is given to interpretation of results of statistical analysis. The article complements, but does not substitute specialized literature on biostatistics and clinical epidemiology.

PAIN AND INCREASED MUSCLE TONE AFTER A STROKE AS REDUCTION FACTORS FOR REHABILITATION POTENTIAL. A MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO THE MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS
The features of multidisciplinary management of stroke patients with pain and increased muscular tone are revealed. The reasons, risk factors, diagnostics and therapy of pain syndromes are discussed. The characteristic of main types of a muscular spasticity of stroke patients and the purposes of rehabilitation at each of them is provided. Physical and medicine methods of rehabilitation and features of various techniques of physiotherapy, such as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and Bobath concept are discussed in details.
