CENTRAL VENOUS PRESSURE AND MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN ORGANS OF RABBITS AT INTRAVENOUS INFUSION
Experiment was performed on 27 healthy rabbits. To 22 rabbits the intravenous infusion of normal saline solution was done in different amounts. At all 27 rabbits the histology preparations were taken: brain, heart, lungs, liver and kidneys. All rabbits showed negative initial central venous pressure (CVP) from -4,8±0,9 to - 10,2±1,6 mm of water column. Атипичность клинической симптоматики и неблагоприятно¬е течение болезни без адекватной этиотропной терапии является достаточным основанием для включения диагностики бартонеллезов в схему мониторинга при иммунодефицитных состояниях в Республике Казахстан.

FROMILID UNO IN TREATMENT ACUTE PNEUMONIA
We observed 60 patients with acute community - acquired pneumonia, aged 32 to 67 years. The median age was 46,2 years. The first group consisted of 30patients who received the drug with antibacterial purpose Fromilid UNO in a dose of 500 mg1 h 2p per day for 10 days. The second group consisted of 30 patients received cefazolin1,0х2r/ m with in 10 days. Under the influence of the rap noted positive dynamics of both groups, but more pronounced in the first group. Fromilid UNO in treatment acute pneumonia demonstrated high clinical antibacterial effects.

EFFICIENCY OF APPLICATION MACROLIDES (FROMILID UNO) AT INFECTIONS OF THE UPPER AND LOWER RESPIRATORY TRACTS
The studies found that: Еxperience of clinical practice suggests that Fromilid UNO (clarithromycin) occupies an important place in the treatment of acute and chronic infections of the upper and lower respiratory tracts and increases the relevance of its application to obtain new information about the effects of the antibacterial agent. Validated high efficacy and safety Fromilid UNO in patients with acute and chronic infectious and inflammatory diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract. Dosing of the drug once per day creates high compliance, minimizing side effects.

Open randomize control trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of new original Sausalin, as additional agent to standard treatment, on health-related quality of life 40 patients with giardiasis. The questionnaire Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS) was answered before and after treatment for evaluation of quality of life.
