LEARNING OF HAEMODYNAMIC FOR PATIENTS AT CARRIED OUT OF INFUSION-TRANSFUSIONAL THERAPY UNDER THE DATA OF ECHOCARDIOGRAPHIC RESEARCH
Estimation of central and pulmonary haemodynarnics was conducted for 72 patients. The investigation showed that meas-urement of central venous pressure (CVP) in combination with echocardiographic investigation to allow getting exact information about patients haemodynarnics during intravenous transfusion and to prevent development hypervolemia. At CVP 30 mm of Hg was exposed signs of pulmonary hypertension.

ТУБЕРКУЛЕЗ У ДЕТЕЙ И ПОДРОСТКОВ В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ УСЛОВИЯХ
У больных лекарственно – резистентным туберкулезом репаративные процессы в легочной ткани и негативация мокроты наступали в более поздние сроки, чем у больных, у которых лекарственная чувствительность МБТ к анти-бактериальным препаратам были сохранена. Лекарственная чувствительность МБТ детей и подростков, больных туберкулезом, в основном совпадает с лекарственной чувствительностью МБТ источника заражения. В связи с этим химиопрофилактику детям из очагов и контактов с лекарственно – устойчивым туберкулезом необходимо проводить с учетом лекарственной чувствительности МБТ источника заражения.

У больных туберкулезом детей раннего и дошкольного возраста интенсивность туберкулиновой чувствительности зависит от возраста, фазы развития процесса, его тяжести и наличия осложнений. Значительное количество отрицательных и сомнительных реакций осложняет диагностику туберкулеза у детей при постановке туберкулиновых проб.

ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ТУБЕРКУЛЕЗА ОРГАНОВ ДЫХАНИЯ У ПОДРОСТКОВ МЕТОДИКОЙ DОТS
Комплексное лечение туберкулеза легких у подростков приводит в большинстве случаев к благоприятным ре-зультатам. Эффективность лечения зависит от оптимально подобранной схемы химиотерапии, использования ре-зервных противотуберкулезных препаратов (протионамид, таривид, амикацин), патогенетической терапии (лидаза, УВЧ терапия), лечения сопутствующих заболеваний, своевременного начала лечения. Благоприятные результаты получены у 95,4% больных.
