ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОЕ ВЕНОЗНОЕ ДАВЛЕНИЕ И МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ В ОРГАНАХ КРОЛИКОВ ПРИ ПРОВЕДЕНИИ ВНУТРИВЕННЫХ ИНФУЗИЙ
Проведен опыт на 27 здоровых кроликах. 22-м кроликам проводилась внутривенная инфузия физиологического раствора в разных объемах. У всех 27 кроликов брались гистологические микропрепараты органов: головной мозг, сердце, легкие, печень и почки. У всех кроликов выявлено исходное отрицательное центральное венозное давление (ЦВД) от -4,8±0,9 до -10,2±1,6 мм водного столба. Experiment was performed on 27 healthy rabbits. To 22 rabbits the intravenous infusion of normal saline solution was done in different amounts. At all 27 rabbits the histology preparations were taken: brain, heart, lungs, liver and kidneys.
