СЛУЧАЙ БАЦИЛЛЯРНОГО АНГИОМАТОЗА У ВИЧ-ИНФИЦИРОВАННОГО ПАЦИЕНТА
В статье рассмотрен случай течения бациллярного ангиоматоза с летальным исходом на фоне выраженного иммунодефицита у больного СПИДом. Атипичность клинической симптоматики и неблагоприятно¬е течение болезни без адекватной этиотропной терапии является достаточным основанием для включения диагностики бартонеллезов в схему мониторинга при иммунодефицитных состояниях в Республике Казахстан.

THE CASE OF BACILLARY ANGIOMATOSIS IN PATIENT WITH AIDS
The case of fatal bacillary angiomatosis on the background of immunodeficiency in patient with AIDS is observed. Authors suggest that atypical clinical symptoms and adverse course of the disease in the absence of adequate causal treatment are sufficient for inclusion of bartonelloses in the diagnostic monitoring scheme for patients with immunodeficiency disorders in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
