ОБУЧЕНИЕ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОМУ ОБЩЕНИЮ НА ТЕКСТАХ ПО СПЕЦИАЛЬНОСТИ В МЕДИЦИНСКОМ ВУЗЕ
Статья посвящена обучению профессиональному общению на текстах по специальности в медицинском вузе. В статье рассматриваются пути и методы решения обучения профессиональному общению студентов- медиков, поз-воляющих подготовить их к учебной клинической практике и к устному общению с больным. В статье рассмотрены принципы формирования навыков и умений, для формирования которых нужна определённая система упражнений. В заключение предлагается текст и упражнения к нему, нацеленные не только на закрепление грамматической темы, но и на усвоение лексики по специальности.

Семей, а также выявлены особенности и проблемные зоны.

CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF DATA USING STATISTICA AND SPSS SOFTWARE
In this paper we present the main principles of correlation analysis using parametric and non-parametric methods. Algorithms for calculations of Pearson’s, Spearmen’s and Kendall’s coefficients using Statistica 10 and SPSS 20 software are presented. Special emphasis is given to interpretation of results of statistical analysis. The article complements, but does not substitute specialized literature on biostatistics and clinical epidemiology.

PAIN AND INCREASED MUSCLE TONE AFTER A STROKE AS REDUCTION FACTORS FOR REHABILITATION POTENTIAL. A MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO THE MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS
The features of multidisciplinary management of stroke patients with pain and increased muscular tone are revealed. The reasons, risk factors, diagnostics and therapy of pain syndromes are discussed. The characteristic of main types of a muscular spasticity of stroke patients and the purposes of rehabilitation at each of them is provided. Physical and medicine methods of rehabilitation and features of various techniques of physiotherapy, such as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and Bobath concept are discussed in details.
